These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Bodhleigh application ("the App"), operated by Leigh Sacha trading as Bodhleigh (ABN 79 705 832 619) ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Bodhleigh is a business organisation and estimating tool for sole-trader tradespeople and property managers. It helps you manage jobs, schedules, clients, quotes, invoices, expenses, kilometre logs, and photos, and send documents to your customers.
Bodhleigh is an organisational and estimating tool only. It is not accounting software, it is not a registered tax agent, and it does not provide financial, tax, accounting, or legal advice. Any GST, BAS, income, or deduction figures the App produces are estimates to help you organise your records. You are responsible for the accuracy of your own records and for meeting your tax and legal obligations. Always consult a registered tax agent or accountant.
You must be at least 18 years of age and using the App for genuine business purposes. By using the App you confirm that you meet these requirements and that any information you provide is accurate.
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide a valid email address, which you will be asked to verify. Notify us promptly at accounts@bodhleigh.com.au if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
Bodhleigh is offered as an auto-renewing paid subscription. The current price is AUD $35 per month unless otherwise stated in the App.
Free trial. New subscribers may be offered a 14-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged the subscription price. You can cancel at any time during the trial to avoid being charged.
Auto-renewal. Your subscription automatically renews each month and you will be charged the then-current price at the start of each billing period, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Subscriptions continue until cancelled.
Billing and cancellation. Subscriptions are purchased and billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on your device, and are subject to their terms. You manage and cancel your subscription through your Apple or Google account settings, not directly through us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you retain access until then. Because billing is handled by Apple or Google, refunds are subject to their policies; subscription fees are otherwise non-refundable except where required by law.
We may change subscription pricing by giving you reasonable notice through the App or the relevant store; continued use after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.
Bodhleigh lets you accept card payments from your customers using Stripe. To do this you connect your own Stripe account, and payments are made directly to that account. We are not a party to the transaction between you and your customer, we do not hold your funds, and we are not responsible for disputes, chargebacks, refunds, or any payment matter between you and your customer or between you and Stripe. Your use of Stripe is also subject to Stripe's own terms.
You retain ownership of the content you put into the App — your jobs, client details, photos, financial records, and documents. By using the App you grant us permission to store and process that content through our service providers solely to operate the App for you (see our Privacy Policy).

You agree not to misuse the App, including by attempting to access other users' data, interfering with the App's security or operation, reverse-engineering or copying the App, or using it to send spam or unlawful content. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
The App relies on third-party providers (including Supabase, Cloudinary, Stripe, RevenueCat, the Apple App Store, Google Play, Resend, Mailgun, and Anthropic) to function. These are described in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or availability of these third parties, though we choose providers we consider reputable.
We aim to keep the App available and working, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. We may update, change, or temporarily suspend features for maintenance or improvement.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where our liability for failing to comply with such a guarantee can be limited, our liability is limited to resupplying the service or paying the cost of having it resupplied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law and subject to Section 10, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the App. This includes any loss resulting from reliance on estimates or figures produced by the App. You use the App's outputs at your own risk and should verify important figures independently.
Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time via our account deletion page or by emailing accounts@bodhleigh.com.au. Some records may be retained where required by law (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or fail to pay subscription fees.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the App. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State.
